How to find the studio
A Fitness, Unit 9, The Ivories, 6 Northampton Street, London N1 2HY. Just off Essex Road in Islington, a 10 minute walk from Upper Street.

Highbury & Islington (Victoria line and London Overground) is the closest Underground station, about a 10 minute walk. From Angel (Northern line), it is around 20 minutes on foot. You can also take bus 38, 56, 73, 341 or 476 to the Essex Road Station stop.

Essex Road station is a minute's walk from the studio. Great Northern trains stop here from Moorgate and Old Street, and it is one stop from Highbury & Islington.

Enter through the main entrance on the Biz Space building. Unit 9 is on the ground. Press the buzzer for Unit 9, or message us on WhatsApp on 07897 732158 when you arrive. Please arrive 5 minutes early so your session starts on time.
