Soft tissue therapy in Kings Cross
Sports massage and soft tissue therapy for busy professionals
Why choose soft tissue therapy in Islington
What we focus on ❊
We blend clinical-level assessment with targeted hands on treatment and tailored rehab. It is designed for busy professionals in London who need to move well train hard and stay pain free without spending hours in appointments.
Your session begins with a focused movement and posture screen looking at how you bend, reach, squat and rotate. From there we use a combination of sports massage, myofascial release and assisted stretching to target the areas driving your symptoms not just where you feel pain.
Treatment
Soft tissue therapy here is part of the Achilles Method – a trademarked approach that connects assessment hands on work and rehab coaching. Each appointment includes clear explanations plus simple corrective exercises so you know exactly what to do between sessions.
Method
Reduce pain, tightness and muscle tension while improving mobility, posture and joint function. Speed up recovery from training and long work days, build resilience so the same issue doesn’t keep returning, and gain a clear plan that connects your treatment directly to your training and lifestyle.

FAQs
What is the difference between soft tissue therapy and a regular sports massage?
Soft tissue therapy includes assessment treatment and specific rehab exercises in one process. Instead of only working on tight muscles we identify why those tissues are overloaded in the first place and give you a plan to change it. Sports massage techniques are used inside this structured approach rather than as a stand alone fix.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move such as shorts, leggings and a t-shirt or vest. If we are assessing your squat running or gym technique please bring your usual training kit.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people feel a noticeable change after their Blueprint Assessment. For longer term issues or performance goals we often recommend a short block of three to six sessions then review. Your therapist will always explain what they recommend and why.
Can I train on the same day as my session?
Before- Yes. Especially for light to moderate training. After your session you will get clear guidance on what is appropriate that day and how to adjust your training over the next forty eight hours.
